Daniel Ofunne (NSE) (AMIChemE)

Engr. Daniel Ofunne is a Registered Engineer in Nigeria with over 15 years combined experience of cognate process control, offshore and onshore experience in process design of oil and gas facilities, oil and gas facility revamps and debottlenecking, flow station and tank farm design.
Engr. Ofunne has extensive knowledge in supervision of complex offshore and onshore construction, installation and commissioning activities for multi discipline project, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) experience, Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) experience and stint knowledge of process control systems.
Engr. Ofunne also has extensive experienced in Conceptual Studies, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Oil and Gas facilities. Engr. Daniel Ofunne began his oil and gas career as a Process Engineer for Cakasa (Nig.) Company Limited which specializes in Oil and Gas engineering design, fabrication and construction management.
He was employed by Afren Energy Services Limited in Nigeria and was transferred to Afren Resources USA Inc. in the specialized knowledge position of Senior Facilities Engineer (Deputy Manager designate). He handled highly complex and technical engineering design, fabrication and installation activities of the Okoro and Ebok Operations.
Engr. Ofunne has a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka and an Executive Masters in Project Management from Project Management College in United Kingdom. He is a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of Nigerian Society of Engineer (NSE), a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Lagos section and an associate member of Institution of Chemical Engineers (AMIChemE) in United Kingdom.
